Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for new points to show up in my Yourgi account?

Points may take up to 24 hours to show in your account and be available to be redeemed.

What purchases are excluded?

Taxes, tips, gratuities, shipping, online pharmacy orders, other third-party suppliers/partners.

Do points expire?

Points expire at the end of the twelfth month from the date earned. For example, points earned on June 5, 2024, will expire on June 30, 2025.

Does it cost anything to join the Yourgi Rewards Program?

It does not cost anything to join the Yourgi Rewards Program.

When can I redeem my reward balance?

Reward balances can only be redeemed once 600 points have been earned. For every 600 points, a member can redeem $2.50 in rewards. For example, if a member has 476 points, there are no redeemable rewards until 600 points are earned.

How do I redeem points in pet or vet centers?

Let the center staff know that you have points that you would like to redeem on your purchase, and they will verify your available rewards balance and apply it at checkout.
