Last-minute cancellation coverage
If a pet parent cancels within 24 hours of a confirmed booking and you’re unable to provide service, you’ll receive at least 50% of the booking value as a cancellation fee. You blocked your calendar — you shouldn't absorb the cost of a client's change of plans.
